Excellent place to Live. Very close to all amenities like Sq One, Movies, Schools, Go station, 403.... Very well managed building with comparatively lower per sq ft mnt rate compared to similar other buildings.
Great condo for families, couples and working professionals; has a good mix of residents. Excellent amenities and best location in square one because it is walking distance to everything, yet easy access to 403, Mavis and less traffic. Very clean building.
Amazing place to live. Great amenities and good residents. Tucked away on a not so busy street, but super close to Mavis entrance to 403. Property management works hard at keeping anything running smoothly.
