Marilyn Monroe Condos Location & Features
Located in the heart of Mississauga its practicality and convenience attracts many buyers locally and distantly. Absolute condos are minutes away from Square One, TTC, GO and Highway 403.
Absolute condominiums were built by Fernbrook homes. Absolute condo community is made up of five condominiums 50 Absolute, 60 Absolute (known as Marilyn Monroe condos), 70 Absolute, 80 Absolute and 90 Absolute World Condos.
Marilyn Monroe condos have put Mississauga on a global map becoming a landmark for the city and defining Mississauga’s skyline. They have attracted both tourists and investors from all over the world and were sold out within 2 weeks of opening!
Officially called Absolute Towers, the building and its shorter and slightly less buxom twin, were the result of an international design competition in 2005 won by the MAD Architectural Design Studio of Beijing beating 92 other submissions. Company officials have credited the project with giving both Mississauga and their firm a global profile.
The condos have become known as the Marilyn Monroe condos, resembling the hourglass figure of Marilyn Monroe.
That’s a view shared by Hazel McCallion, the city’s long-serving octogenarian mayor, who says the project represents Mississauga’s arrival as a “global city.” “This is not the end; it is just the beginning,” she told reporters last fall.
Living in the Absolute community is like living in a 5 star hotel. All of the condos share a common 30,000 sq ft amenities section that is known as the Absolute Club, which is shared by all the Absolute residents. It is a 3 story recreation and exercise facility that is both indoor and outdoor.

I am a young professional who works at Trillium Health Partners. I have lived in 60 Absolute for 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The buildings are gorgeous and the staff are top notch. I have never had an issue in these buildings and love the community vibe it brings. I would suggest this building to anyone looking to purchase.
I want to start of by saying i do not own a condo in 50 or 60 absolute.... That being said, these condos are fantastic, I have been here since the summer of 2017. If there was riff raft in these buildings, it's long gone... It's the safest building I have lived in... I am currently in a 1bd room, and actively look to purchase a 1+ when my lease is up. This is truly an iconic building close to everything....
We recently bought a new condo here.. regardless of the previous reputation because the new management so far doing an amazing job.. Well maintained, clean. For those who complain about the parking, just get over it because it's not as bad as what they make it sound.. never had to wait in rush hour longer than 4 minutes... Secuirty is tight and absolutely better than any other buildings we checked out in Mississauga...
Been living here for almost a year now, and I think these condos are great. Pros are the amenities are great, theres a 24 HR grocery/ convenient store in the building, that has great ready to eat foods you can get as take out. Super convenient location, central to everything. Go-transit buses are right across the street. I find that there is very little traffic, even during rush hour traffic along hurontario and burhamthorpe is never that bad. Cons would be security is very strict, so sometimes when i have guests come over, if I'm not able to pick up the phone to confirm that they're my guests, they will get denied entry. Which is annoying. But overall i think the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot.
The condos at 50 and 60 absolute avenue are undervalued when you compare them with the new condos in queue for pre-construction or condos built within the last six or seven years around square one. There is no premium built into the price for living in an iconic tower and amenities that include a lounge on the top floor coupled with excellent condo management by Brookfield. A tip for those who are reading all these comments, people who write reviews with ALL CAPS are probably reactive and emotional (I hope you are not one of them).
