Extremely poorly managed buildings! Management does not respect residents. Vijay the building manager Ignores residents and does not return multiple pleas for a call back. Once finally reached, talks over residents in a raised voice! Does not resolve conflict. Definitely not a problem solver! This is unacceptable. Residents should not be treated this way. Anila at the office is rude and condescending to residents. Very poor customer service. Management needs to be addressed. This is probably the worst management of any surrounding condo in Mississauga.

The location is a great! Across the street from the Square One, Living Arts Centre and Celebration Sq. The maintainence of the building is okay could be better but I’ve see worst. When it comes to repairs needing to be done it takes for ever though. My overall issue is with management. Veryyy poorly managed when it comes to communicating with residents or trying to help. The phones are never answered on there end and when you go into the office you still don’t get an answer. Again very poorly managed. The two ladies working on the office are very rude and never have a clue on whats going on!

I have had very negative experiences in thi condo. Bought it last year. My realtor from Remax really shortchanged me. This bld does not appear to follow any health code. It is very dusty with black thick and greasy dirt collecting constantly. They have the thermostat set to 24 and 10. It does to work beyond that. Since last year I have been complaining and it has had no impact. I worry that safety standards for electricals, elevators and overalls maintenence may be suspect! The main doors and the walls r very thin. I can even hear my neighbour cough when I am sitting in the den. Some so called maintenance had come in yesterday and screwed up my thermostat by setting it at 10 and 24 . Only 24 degrees works !!!!! Manager never available in the weekends even for a call.

Excellent location and amenities- especially the fourth floor lounging area- has a luxury feel. Accommodating management and security. As a single female returning home late from university often, I feel very safe living in this building.
