Thankfully, I finally moved out. The reviews are correct, the elevators are a problem. If you have time to waste, you'll have a place to waste it while waiting for an elevator. Constant issues with them. The parking garage is another waste of time. Designed to sell more spaces, but not thinking of the owners. Give yourself extra time to just get out or in the building. Pray you're not on P5 or you'll clothes will go out of style before you see the sunlight.



The units. Ours was made with the cheapest materials. Paint hardly applied, front door that takes an effort to close because it expands in the summer. Amacon says it's not their problem. Flooring that isn't applied right. Our kitchen cupboards started to come off the wall, with hardly any thing in them. Oh, they fixed that. Water leaks seem to be a common occurrence in this building. Every winter and summer there is always an issue starting up the heat or the air conditioning. If you're buying, expect the condo fees to be more then your mortgage in a few years. These building are not built well. Mississauga inspectors should be fired or jailed for allowing these to pass. Oh the air coming under the windows is normal. Feel the breeze. I be afraid they'll pop out if you happen to push on them.

I aged living in this place and now feel a lot of years younger moving out. Don't do it. Find another place!

very nice building, I did not have elevator issue for the past 1 year. Sauna is working at least in April. I did not use it in the past. the only thing I complain is the carpet, the cleaner seem not clean that often. or the carpet should change to different color to make it looks better.

Sauna bath is closed since 3 months(Jan end 2017 till today 13th April 2017), 1-2 elevators are broken every other day.



Can we complaint somewhere about them?

Everything Nick said is true. The elevators are a huge problem in this building. I've been renting here for 3 years now, since day 1 the elevators have been an issue. Imagine working all day, grocery shopping and then waiting with a ton of groceries for 25+ minutes. I came home one day to my bathroom door nearly off all the hinges- apparently it's from the "air pressure". My screen door on my balcony easily came off when a guest opened it. Somebody was supposed to come

and fix it, but they never showed.

I WISH COULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STAR, I am giving 1 star for gym.

All the reviews here are true about elevators breakdown. this building has 4 elevators for 45 floors ,total units 400+ , So you might be thinking already a trouble! Wait....2 elevators are almost broken 20 days a month. I have waited 25-30 minutes many time for elevator. IT'S A BIG BIG PAIN, YOU DON'T WANT TO GET LATE GOING TO OFFICE in the morning, If you are sick just imagine, if you have sick kid just imagine, if you are old and waiting 20+ minutes for elevator just imagine. I WAS LATE IN OFFICE DUE TO THIS ELEVATOR MANY TIME. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING! everyone goes and complain at concierge and given assurance that it will be fixed but same results. Unit doors are far from soundproof, I could hear my neighbour talks and tv sound... Believe me they are not loud but it's how the doors are here, privacy is on stake!

Facilities-- Gym is good and I have given 1 star for that, Building has swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Sauna. JACUZZI/Sauna is almost broken 10 days a month, swimming pool also closed for months for maintenance during my stay in this building.Be habitual of seeing those notice that Swimming pool is broken, Jacuzzi is broken , Sauna is broken etc etc , sorry for inconvenience!

I like swimming and i chose this building to live considering swimming as one of my regular activity.Management has decided suddenly to have swimming pool open only for women 2 days a week during peek time which is 8 PM to 10 PM. First of all I haven't seen this kind of rule anywhere in Canada. I am not against this decision if some women due to their origin of country and religion they want to swim without male. however I have asked my female friends to check and let me know if anyone is using the facility or not. I found that there are no women or hardly 1-2 women rarely using the swimming pool during this time.

May be it's management trick, they wanted to reduce the uses of swimming/jacuzzi/sauna facility so maintenance will be less. I feel if no women is using the facility just reduce it for one day or at least for one hour a day only for women. At least who wants(male , female, old, young, kids, anyone) to use the facility let them use it, they also pay the rent or own a condo in the building.

These comments here from Chellay89 and Sarah are either management people or they live on 1st or 2nd floor who don't use elevators regularly and not active users of facilities. If you live inside your condo only , then life is good anywhere.

I won't recommend anyone to live here! your daily life will be felt effected...if you are late in reading my review and already bought a condo here or rented. please acknowledge by writing a review or experience so far!

I hope someone from ontario condo controlling government office reads my review and take appropriate actions.
