I'm just looking at all condos in the Square One area as I'm downsizing. I'd like to hear other comments on this building, as I like the units and windows. However, the review on the cheap material and balcony door freezing concerns me. Also, are small dogs allowed. Have the problems been addressed in this building. Overall is it a good building. Parking? traffic congestion etc... ??

The mangement in this building have problem
of running this building smoothly resently
The deactivated tenant fobs because of rigestration
And make Kiros at the front desk is not acceptable they have to find different
Ways to address the issue . No one have a right to lock out
Tenants and there families from their apartment
Most of all this fob deactivating bought a lots of enteraption
On people dayly life we are already reported for Ontario
Hosing tenants care division regarding fob deactivation
Specially on the weekends when no body at the office
The mangement forge that tenants also have a right
To address the issue for higher body

Living here for about year and half and during that time i have seen things in this condo that you should expect in very old apartments. First of all the management who is running this building has absolutely no idea about managing a building! Then the material used inside the apartments are extremely cheap. Last winter when we had ice storm, because of bad or no isolation of the balcony door, the door and its frame were frozen from inside as well as the floor laminate... Mirrors of washroom cabinet fall in various apartments!!

Dont waste your time/money here... By the way the exterior glass of the condo has not even cleaned since i moved in!!!!!
