Pinnacle is about to release it's second building in the near future. It seems like they are almost sold out of the units in the first building on Grandpark. Pinnacle always chooses the best location to build, atleast in Mississauga.

I purchased a one bedroom unit as an investment. The location is great! On bus route and a good plaza across the street. In the city center, close to highways and SQ1. Price for this condo is under valued at the time of release and still to this date. This will change very soon. Again the location is so GREAT! Pinnacle is a great builder and very unique.
