One of the worst management ever have met. Very rude... They must go.
Latest attraction is that they will not inform you if Canada post left a parcel for you in years...

There isn't a week that goes by without at least 1 elevator breaking. Plus, there are people moving in and out every day so the service elevator is also never available. Plus, many of the units are Airbnb so the place is more like a hotel with lots of people coming and going all day. I am moving out and that is why.

Almost Every night there is fire alarm.
Can’t move in stuff easily. Concierge returns your package back to amazon because they can’t hold it. Managemnt is super rude and disrespectful.
Avoid it at all cost.

I have a problem since 5 years, management is pushing me back & forth to fix a leak in my bathroom caused by top floor tenant/Owner. This is the 8th time and doesn't seems like it is going to end here. Will fight for my right, they show they are sympathetic & concerned towards you, but in all honesty not at all. Suite # 836. Not a good service. More rentals and less owners.

The Manager is an Indian woman, she is very arrogant. She needs to go. The concierge do nothing and act like they are very busy, always asking people, "Which suite are you visiting" like it really matters, all they do is waste precious time
