According to Global News this condo is unlivable and refuses to fix a leak which leaves a tenant unable to live in her unit for the last few years! My rating would certainly be ZERO stars!
I visit my friends who live in this condo and I always get a nice vibe being in the lobby and elevators. Seems like a high end condo apartment building.
Been living here since 2009. I own a 1+den unit on a higher floor. Must say I am pleased with pretty much every aspect of this building. I never realized it before but having reatil downstairs in a condo is a BIG plus.
