Truly the best condo in Mississauga in many respects: very spacious which is unimaginable in new condos, maintained very nicely with all modern facilities. I love this building and feel very happy to live here.

This place is a hidden gem in Mississauga. It sits on 6.5 acres (lots of green).
Although some of the amenities are dated a bit (not as modern looking as new condos), they are LARGE and spacious. Separate men's and women's gym, squash court, nice pool, sauna, change rooms, library to relax in, billiards room, and a very large party room with many tables and chairs (real chairs, not plastic patio chairs).
Parking spots in a well lit covered parking, are built for older cars (remember large land yachts of the 80's?)... you can open your car doors without worrying of hitting your neighbour's car. Storage Lockers are huge compared to what new building offer... it seems that everything was bigger in the 80's when this building was constructed.
Units in this building are either 1,300 sqft or 1,800 sqft... (HUGE!) and many have been renovated by their owners to have modern kitchens and bathrooms.
Their condo fees (Maintenance fees) INCLUDE your hydro, lighting, heating, cooling and cable TV (Rogers) so you are not hit by a surprise bill if you've turned on the A/C for the summer.
The landscaping is top notch -- there is a beautiful garden near the fountain, and walkways around the building surrounded by trees - lots of green space to forget you live in the downtown of Mississauga.
They have a 24/7 concierge desk that will call you when guests arrive. Also, they have MANY (30+) visitors parking spots in a covered garage unlike modern buildings that offer far less.
Taxes are oddly reasonable... again much lower than new condos with much lower square footage. Check out other high rises in the are for comparison.
The residents in this building are mature and show a lot of respect for each other. It truly is a pleasant community.
Overall, this building is a gem in regards to size, location, taxes, amenities, ground space and people.
