There are good and bad about this building. Elevators seem to be an continuing problem, there's always 1 elevator that's down at least once every 2 weeks. Things don't get fixed in the building at a reasonable time, the light on the elevator button on my floor has been out since Dec 2013. I've asked maintenance to come to my unit to look at the AC unit, no one showed up, property manager 'claims' that someone has visited, but there wasn't any entry notice (that's NOT a good practice!). Exterior windows were only cleaned beginning of July (for the 3 yrs that I've lived there).

On the positive side, there's tons of visitor and resident parking, even if you need to rent a parking spot, it will be between $75-100. Security / staffs are nice. Your key fob only gives you access to your floor and parking - good security.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier with our choice! Everything you can think of is walking distance from our condo. We have a small baby, so having a beautiful secluded park right beside our building is a huge plus! We love how clean our building is at all times, we love our quiet neighbours and the beautiful view from our balcony. I can go dowstairs to work out at the gym, and then if I feel like it I can go for a swim in the swimming pool. If my husband needs quiet space to complete his work assignment, he can use the library room. Our party room has been used by us and our family members - it is a gorgeous space for parties! We love our Elle condo!

I love this condo! People are so nice to and the security is actually nice not like other condos I lived in! Having a 24hrs place to east 50 meters away is nice also :)
