Really nice building but the management is poor. The BBQ was not fixed on time. Our baby always gets a rush from the pool. Management is not trained and has poor manners, no communication skills & does not create a pleasant living environment. I had spoken to many residents of the building as well as owners as myself and everyone is of an opinion that we pay our maintenance fees for no service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING. I stayed there for only one year before I got the heck out.
It is one of the worst kept/maintain building around square one/city centre . it is basically ran like an high-end apartment unit rather than a condo, with cardboard box taped to the inner workings of one of the elevator, the other elevator is covered with "a moving sheet" 247/365 days.it looks awful.
The amenities are next to none.the swimming pool (which is very small by the way) Is barely heated. Most people in the building swim with their clothes on.
The "jacuzzi" can only accommodate 2 people at most.
NO CHAIRS IN ANY OF THE SWIMMING POOL AREA. I haven't any condo that doesn't have one on the GTA.
Every carpet rug in unit hallways looks filthy and smells
The awful party room acts as a "library" too. Because the building has no library.
The building management/board demands anyone using the party room to pay 25$ an hour for a security guard. (regardless of the number of people, it could be three people at the party, they will charge you $100 minimum for security that is isn't needed.
PARKING LOT? worst parking lot layout I have seen in a long time. As big as the building, there are less than 22 visitors parking spot. Most of which is very tight and people end up damaging their cars.
The Gym? That's a joke. It doesn't warrant any review
Good part of the building? The security guards at the door are pretty helpful and nice.

I really like this building.. Stayed there this summer & had a fairly pleasant experience. Only issue I had was that the security where unprofessional and a little hot headed. Expected a little more from a building as such. Other than that you will not be disappointed with Grand Ovation!

I have seen many condos in Mississauga and North York and this one has one of the most impressive lobbys. Reminds me of a big name hotel.
