I WISH COULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STAR, I am giving 1 star for gym.
All the reviews here are true about elevators breakdown. this building has 4 elevators for 45 floors ,total units 400+ , So you might be thinking already a trouble! Wait....2 elevators are almost broken 20 days a month. I have waited 25-30 minutes many time for elevator. IT'S A BIG BIG PAIN, YOU DON'T WANT TO GET LATE GOING TO OFFICE in the morning, If you are sick just imagine, if you have sick kid just imagine, if you are old and waiting 20+ minutes for elevator just imagine. I WAS LATE IN OFFICE DUE TO THIS ELEVATOR MANY TIME. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING! everyone goes and complain at concierge and given assurance that it will be fixed but same results. Unit doors are far from soundproof, I could hear my neighbour talks and tv sound... Believe me they are not loud but it's how the doors are here, privacy is on stake!
Facilities-- Gym is good and I have given 1 star for that, Building has swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Sauna. JACUZZI/Sauna is almost broken 10 days a month, swimming pool also closed for months for maintenance during my stay in this building.Be habitual of seeing those notice that Swimming pool is broken, Jacuzzi is broken , Sauna is broken etc etc , sorry for inconvenience!
I like swimming and i chose this building to live considering swimming as one of my regular activity.Management has decided suddenly to have swimming pool open only for women 2 days a week during peek time which is 8 PM to 10 PM. First of all I haven't seen this kind of rule anywhere in Canada. I am not against this decision if some women due to their origin of country and religion they want to swim without male. however I have asked my female friends to check and let me know if anyone is using the facility or not. I found that there are no women or hardly 1-2 women rarely using the swimming pool during this time.
May be it's management trick, they wanted to reduce the uses of swimming/jacuzzi/sauna facility so maintenance will be less. I feel if no women is using the facility just reduce it for one day or at least for one hour a day only for women. At least who wants(male , female, old, young, kids, anyone) to use the facility let them use it, they also pay the rent or own a condo in the building.
These comments here from Chellay89 and Sarah are either management people or they live on 1st or 2nd floor who don't use elevators regularly and not active users of facilities. If you live inside your condo only , then life is good anywhere.

Unlike others here I really love our building and don't agree at all about the materials. Our unit is really well built, great neighbours, never hear any sound and am never bothered at home. There is a new property manager and he is really responsive and professional. There are still issues with the garbage shoot but has more to do with the stupidity of certain people who live here as opposed to those who work in the building.
Awful. Sold this after 2yrs. Plenty of elevatpr break downz, floods and stinky garbage room that stinks up the lobby. When I Sold the unit and the status certifcate indicated 150 units were leased. Big problem. Very subpar materials also used. Shame on the builder (amacon). Avoid buying here or any of their other condos.
Great building and location, close to square one and has a Starbucks beneath the building. Great amenities as well, haven't had many issues and property management has always been responsive with any concerns and issues. Overall it's a great place in a good location. It is a condo where you are sharing space with others and it has its typical challenges like all other condos in the area, if you don't like sharing your space with others I r recommended a home.
WORST CONDO IN MISSISSAUGA! Do not move here!! As the reviewers below have said, terrible management (if you can even call it that), broken elevators all the time, broken garbage chute all the time, constant fire alarms and police. Poor sound insulation, can hear people yelling on the sidewalk, vehicles. On my floor 80% have already moved out in the past 12 months - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I agree with previous review. Out of the 4 elevators, 2 are almost always not functional. You have to wait forever to get into an elevator.
Anytime you want to dispose garbage, the chute is out of service. So people just leave their garbage on the floor which is disgusting but not their fault.
Access to stairwell is blocked from ground floor. So the only option is to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes when climbing the stairs would be much faster.
The security guards are always on rounds when you need them urgently. The security fob is ridiculously inefficient.
The management really needs to buck up and fix all these issues and they need to hire a new superintendent for sure!
Seemed like a nice condo at first...
After living here 15 months the building superintendent is HORRIBLE.
- Endless waits for the elevators - Never fixed
- Garbage chutes always out of order causing hallway stink.
- The cleaning staff seem out to lunch most of time.
- People smoking marijuana inside units and hallways smell. - Management Does Nothing!
Until the super or property manager problem is fixed this place is a crap hole.
