I moved to this condo in 2016, and since then our condo has been getting better and better. With our new property management company CityTowers, we've been able to take care of the past deficiencies, and make this place an amazing place to live!
I moved to this building in 2013 and since that time I am so appreciated for every thing in the building including the friendly and very sweet concierge, the management and the way how they deal with your issues, they are always stand to your side, the maintinance and cleaning team, they are doing a fantastic job there and finaly the lovely neighbors.
I recommend this building for any one looking to buy or rent and if you have options try to have the south-east units which they have a fascinating unblocked view to the lake and downtown.
The anonymous review should be taken off the review is obviously a fake our bylaw allows for unlimited visitor parking and 12 overnights a month with the opportunity to request for more overnights if needed. We have an amazing board and great management company this is the best building to buy into in my opinion.
I have lived here for 3 years. The building itself is upscale with great amenities. Management changed over a year ago to Duka and things seem much smoother since the change. Concierge are so friendly and accommodating. No complaints here....
Hate it - only allowed to use the visitor's parking 3 times a month, management is unhelpful when there are problems until you pay money to prove it's their problems, i've seen bugs, it's dirty..etc....
