Could not wait to move in, great building and amenities. The staff in the office, security and 8th floor are excellent. If you don't like rules and professionalism this is not the place for you. If you want a live in a first class building, this is it.
I have rented here for 2 years. Loved it. The amenities are fantastic. Just like a 5 star hotel. Feels great inviting friends over to visit.
The Building could be good if it were not for their property management. I understand that in a building rules must be in place, but the way they enforce them here makes you feel more like you live in a prison than a condo. Security guards follow you around and report you, the manager Pamela makes it her personal mission to persecute and punish good hard working tenants and clearly has a issue with being placed in a position of authority. If they placed more emphasis on making it a welcoming environment it would live up to their claims of its high standards. Needs a change of management.
The security system here is awful. I made a complaint against residents there for violating a law stated in a lease. And no action was taken since I personally knew him. He was my ex. This is just disgusting. If my ex took a knife and stabbed me. They wouldn't take action either. Just disgusting.
I never lived in this building, but a good friend of mine did for about 2 years. I visited him often. I really like the outdoor patio area. Might consider buying here someday.
The pool area is closed often due to maintenance, last time it was closed for 6 weeks. The steam room has problems that they have not fixed yet. I don't use the jacuzzi anymore due to an allergy that I contacted, and I don't want to take more chances. My apt. is too small and the quality of the materials is very poor, I will never buy Daniel's again due to the poor quality, they are always trying to save money.
