These two towers are located at the north eastern corner of Hurontario. The location is practical as it is right in downtown Mississauga with Square One Mall, Celebration Square, City Hall, all the restaurants, shops, banks, entertainment, Go Bus Terminal, Mississauga Transit and highway 403 all minutes away. Both towers are connected by a common lobby and share the same amenities.
The 27 storey condos have great well planned out units that offer lots of living space. Units have been designed in an open concept manner and offer a variety of spacious layouts. Units are equipped with five appliances, ready to use. There are one or two bedrooms to choose from. All master bedrooms come with private ensuite bathrooms. Bay windows allow the residents to look out to the beautiful area that surrounds the condos.

There is a swimming pool and fitness centre for those that love the active healthy life style. A sauna and jacuzzi are perfect for after work relaxation. The tennis court is for all those that love racquet sports. The highlight however is the tanning bed that is available to all residents. Entertain your guests with a round of billiard/pool as well as a games room. There is a large recreation centre that provides a party room and a BBQ area right outside the door. There is also a playground and lovely garden to be enjoyed during spring, summer or even fall months. Security tops the amenities at these beautifully well designed and planned out condos.

The towers are in the perfect location, near to the highway (yet you cannot see it, which is super convenient), Square One Mall (great for shopping, coffee places etc.), and all other commercial areas, such as restaurants, the library, gym, and countless other great spots for entertaining.
In addition, the towers are being renovated on the outside, which speaks highly of the management team and shows its residents, where the money is being put into. The concierge staff is great, very friendly and really care for the building's security.
Although I have not used the amenities too much in the 3 years living here, I have been a couple times to the pool, and it is a great space to have a private get together.
I really like the great private garden behind the two towers and the beautiful trees in-front. It is a great place for family and couples.
These towers are located in the perfect spot, very close to the Highway, Square One, restaurants, theaters, etc. The apartments are very big, with a very good design.The maintenance is good, and very clean. The towers have a beautiful garden at the front and at the back. It is a nice place for living.
perfect location spacious aparment with a great layout, very bright unit with windows from top to bottom.
The only reason I chose this apartment was due to the location and easy access to the commute. But now that the flaws are outweighing the good points, I'm seriously thinking of moving.
The management is irresponsible! The elevators are so old and almost everyone I know in this building has been stuck in the elevator for 45 min at times. The day security guard! He has no regard for anyone, has has no customer service skills! He thinks he is the boss and he treats the residents as such, he will be away from his desk often, so what's his purpose of giving him a desk when he isn't there most of the times, when called to complain his answer would be I am not here to see who is not pushing their trash through the chute!!. Literally an unfit personnel for the job! And management doesn't care.
4205 shipp drive is full of cockroaches corridor outside the unit has lots and management does not care! Badly maintained and yearly maintenance is still going up significantly. Total disregard for unit owners
