I love these buildings there spacious and clean. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because the female security guard (brown) at 350 is so rude. She’s not pleasant at all. I don’t know how she’s a security guard at such a amazing building.
Condos in 330 and 350 Rathburn are very spacious and well designed. Maintenance fees also include the VIP Rogers T.V. as well as all utilities.
The lobbies and resident hallways have just been completed, so the building looks brand new.
Very well maintained building in City Center, and larger units than most buildings in the area.
Amazing condo! Spacious suites and all inclusive maintenance fee, which is unheard of in the newer condos. Parking is never an issue and condo has newly renovated elevators and currently the lobby is being renovated and will be ready by January 2016.
This is an older building, but one that is being well managed by our management company and current board. Maintenance fee increases are kept to a reasonable level. We have never had a special levy in the 6 years we have been here, and haven't heard any rumors of one either.
When we were looking to buy, we were shocked by the amount of space this building has in the suites compared to the newer built condos surrounding it. This condo has 375 sqft more than another 2 bedroom condo we were looking at and there isn't a shortage of parking in this building. The maintenance fees might look high at a first glance, but they include everything but phone and internet.
