This was the latest addition to the Amacon condos located at Hurontario and Central Parkway Area. This is one of my favorite condos currently in Mississauga.

Elle condominium is a 31 storey glass tower rising above a striking 3 storey podium base. This high rise residential condo community combines functional living space with beautiful interior finishes and panoramic city views.

Elle condo suites have soaring 9-ft ceilings with floor to ceilings windows. Each condo suite has wide plank hardwood flooring in the living/dining area, porcelain floor in entry & kitchen, granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, ceramic backsplash, deep soaker bath tub, full height ceramic tiles for bath tub & shower surrounds, sliding mirrored entry closet doors, step beveled door casings & baseboards and a balcony. Penthouses and Garden ground floor level condo suites come with 10-ft ceiling.

This particular location catches the attention of buyers for several reasons. For one, it’s slightly away from the busy downtown core, which means during rush hour commuters can use the less congested Central Parkway road instead of the busy Burnhamthorpe alternative. For those looking to use public transportation, a bus stop is located less than a minute walk away from the condo.

There are good and bad about this building. Elevators seem to be an continuing problem, there's always 1 elevator that's down at least once every 2 weeks. Things don't get fixed in the building at a reasonable time, the light on the elevator button on my floor has been out since Dec 2013. I've asked maintenance to come to my unit to look at the AC unit, no one showed up, property manager 'claims' that someone has visited, but there wasn't any entry notice (that's NOT a good practice!). Exterior windows were only cleaned beginning of July (for the 3 yrs that I've lived there).
On the positive side, there's tons of visitor and resident parking, even if you need to rent a parking spot, it will be between $75-100. Security / staffs are nice. Your key fob only gives you access to your floor and parking - good security.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier with our choice! Everything you can think of is walking distance from our condo. We have a small baby, so having a beautiful secluded park right beside our building is a huge plus! We love how clean our building is at all times, we love our quiet neighbours and the beautiful view from our balcony. I can go dowstairs to work out at the gym, and then if I feel like it I can go for a swim in the swimming pool. If my husband needs quiet space to complete his work assignment, he can use the library room. Our party room has been used by us and our family members - it is a gorgeous space for parties! We love our Elle condo!

I love this condo! People are so nice to and the security is actually nice not like other condos I lived in! Having a 24hrs place to east 50 meters away is nice also :)
